To learn how to swim, we must go into water…
We believe that the field training is the best training for M4 missions. It is the role of church to make disciples who will go. It is our ambition to make them M4 missionaries.
2000 years ago, Jesus Christ has commanded us to go and make disciples of all nations. This mission still remains unfinished. Can we possibly complete the task in our generation?
Compare to other missions, M4 missions requires more sacrifice and courage because the location is often rural villages. No access of running water and electricity… Some may face political pressures and others may experience persecutions from other religions.
With an adequate M4 missions training, we believe that missionaries can penetrate into any rural and hostile areas to make disciplers of Jesus Christ. We have a vision to raise 1581 missionaries who will target the unreached tribes in M4 areas of the world. Thus we would like to finish the task that Jesus Christ gave us 2000 years ago.
In order to accomplish the task, we are establishing three M4 Training centers around the world: Africa, Asia & The Middle East. The first M4 center was established in Guinea, West Africa in 2004. TM Asia center will be established in Cambodia. We had the ground breaking in June 7, 2006. For TM Middle East center, we have been praying for God’s direction. We will continue to follow Christ who is leading us to complete the task of reaching the whole world.

- Language and Cultural Trainings: Immersion Training is the best way. Our M4 missionary candidates will live among the tribal people in their villages.
- Physical Trainings: Living in the village, where no running water and electricity are available, is a danting task. However, wiith the current availabe technology, we can make modern necessities such as a plumbing system, toilet, lights, gas oven, and even refrigeration in the villages. Missionaries time in the village should not be wasted on gathering fire woods, drawing water from a well and fixing houses all the time. The focus must be on making disciples and loving the neighbors. Thus, learning know-hows for village living is essential part of our physical training.
