You can be a Mobilizer for M4 Missions and participate in finishing God¡¯s task.

If you are not a goer, you can participate in M4 missions as a mobilizer in your area. You need to find out more about M4 missions first. When you catch the vision for finishing the task, mobilization will naturally for you.

You must be changed in order to change the world around you.
Expect opposition and persevere through the obstacles because God wants us to finish the task.

Su Park, our TM LA mobilizer has given us an excellent seminar for mobilization. She is the PR person for TM. Below is what she shared at the TM Conference 2006.

1. Prayer - "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.¡± John 15:5

As we meditate on His word and pray, ask the Lord for His guidance and leading on whom to contact. God already has his chosen servants for TM and we ask that God will lead us to those people whom God has prepared for TM.

2. Mission - Clear purpose: Expose TM and Recruit senders and goers.

3. Attitude/Approach - I am a proud child of God. When I see, witness and experience the powerful work of God, I can¡¯t help but to share. God chose me as his servant. It¡¯s a privilege for me to be used by God to expand his kingdom which is the core heart of God.

4. Personal Referrals

(a) Personal pastors you know - start with present pastor and go back all the way to when you first started going to church. Ask for Referrals!

(b) Family members and their pastors - Ask for Referrals!

(c) Personal friends and their pastors - Ask for Referrals!

(d) Acquaintances - doctors, dentists, teachers, neighbors, cashiers at the markets, anybody whom you know that has the heart for missions and/or is open to missions. Ask for Referrals!

Always ask for referrals -
Do you know of anyone or any church that has the heart for missions? Do you know of anyone else who may be interested?

5. Cold Turkey Style | Calling and E-mails

(a) Local church

* Check out the church websites of those churches who are known to have a good reputation for their ministry.?(KM and EM)

* See if there is anyone who you know who goes to that church.

* Make a connection with that person and ask for connections to the right leader of that church. (Sr. Pastor, EM pastor, mission pastor, young adult, college, youth, and children¡¯s pastor, etc¡¦) Have focus on who is your target pastor or leader. Ask for Referrals! God opens the doors for He desires to save his children.
