My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
"Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my priests;
because you have ignored the law of your God,
I also will ignore your children.
Hosea 4:6

Our vision is to finish the task of reaching all peoples and all nations with the gospel in our generation. Thus, our focus is M4 missions where the least reached people live.

M4 Training Centers: Africa, Asia, The Middle East
To finish the task, we have the vision to raise 1581 missionaries who will go and make disciplers. It is essential that we make disciplers who can duplicate church planting and make disciples own their own.

We have found that a realistic and reasonable target is the 1581 least reached tribes in the world. The unreached tribes who are living in the cities of the foreign countries already have some exposure to the gospel. But those who live in the rural parts of the world do not have access to the gospel. Thus, we are committed to go and make disciples where there are no missionaries and Christian presence which is called M4 missions.

10/40 window shows us these locations in the world. They are Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Thus, we have the vision to establish three M4 training centers. TM Africa center has been established in Guinea, West Africa and we are in the process of establishing centers in the other locations.

To achieve this vision, we have developed this simple strategy:

1. Jesus Style of Discipleship:
We believe discipleship is the only way to reach the whole world with the message of the cross. Making disciplers is the main objective of TM.

2. Outside of the Cage Training (M4 Training):
Incarnational Missions Training: Three missions training centers, Africa, Asia, and, the Middle East are being established. The majority of the unreached peoples (60-70%) live in rural places where they have no access to electricity and running water. In order to reach these people, missionaries must be trained to live among them. We believe that immersion training is the best approach.

3. Strategically Allocating Missionaries to M4 Missions:
2000 years have passed and we have not completed the task. The majority of funds and resources have been invested in M1, M2 & M3 missions. Out of $100 US dollars spent on missions, only 5 cents is allocated to M4 missions. Likewise, the majority of missionaries going overseas stay in the metropolitan areas of the countries (M3 missions). Only a fraction of missionaries serving overseas are in the M4 mission field.

4. Partnership with Churches and Missions Organization:
We must go beyond where Christ is preached.

Can we succeed in finishing the 2000-year old task in our generation?
The answer is a definite YES. We must raise enough disciplers who will catch this vision and reproduce what Jesus Christ did during his earthly ministry.
For with God, Nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37
